Overview

This website provides information on insurance products and allows you to get in touch. We process personal data only to the extent that you provide it to us via the forms, to the extent that the operation of the website technically requires it, or to the extent that you consent to optional services. Below we explain which data we process, for what purpose, on what legal basis and with which recipients.

Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, on servers in Germany. Hetzner processes data on our behalf and in accordance with our instructions (Art. 28 GDPR). When you access the website, the server processes, as technically necessary, your IP address, date and time, the page accessed, the amount of data transferred and browser and operating system information (server log files). This serves to deliver the page, to prevent misuse and for security. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). The data is stored only for as long as is necessary for these purposes. To limit form abuse, the server also briefly counts requests per IP address in its working memory; this count is not stored permanently.

Contact and callback form

If you use the callback or contact form, we process the following information:

  • Name
  • Telephone number (callback) or email address
  • Enquiry / insurance category
  • Message (optional)

The information is stored in this website's database and forwarded to us by email so that we can call you back or answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiry with a view to possible advice or brokerage), and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Please do not provide any health data in these forms; the forms of the free check, with separate consent, exist for that purpose.

Free check (forms)

For the free check, we collect first name, last name, email address, telephone number, your answers to the questions of the respective check and, if you upload them, documents (PDF, images, Word). The server creates a PDF summary from your information. We send this summary and all uploaded documents by email to Murat Lekesiz. We also store your contact details and the summary of your answers in this website's database; uploaded files are not stored there. You receive a confirmation email without your answers and without attachments. Without the contact details and the information marked as required in the form, we cannot carry out the check. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Health data

In the checks for disability insurance and private health insurance, your answers and documents may contain health data within the meaning of Art. 9(1) GDPR, for example pre-existing conditions, complaints or treatments. We process this data exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you give in the form with a separate tick box. Without this consent, you cannot submit these two forms; you can call us instead. Please provide only information that is necessary for the assessment.

You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR), informally by email or by telephone using the contact details in the Impressum. The lawfulness of the processing carried out up to that point remains unaffected. After a withdrawal, we delete the health data, unless statutory retention obligations prevent this. The transmission from the website's server to the email service is transport-encrypted; there is no end-to-end encryption of the emails.

Recipients of your data

The following receive your information from the forms:

  • Murat Lekesiz as the controller.
  • Hetzner Online GmbH as processor (Art. 28 GDPR): operation of the server and the database in Germany, on which the website and the stored form data are held.
  • Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) as processor (Art. 28 GDPR): sending of the notification and confirmation emails via the service's EU region, sender info@muratlekesiz.com. Resend states that it is subject to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and has included standard contractual clauses in its data processing agreement; the transfer is based on these (Art. 45, 46 GDPR).
  • Allianz: We do not automatically pass your enquiries on to Allianz. If advice is given or a contract is concluded, we process your data for brokerage and transmit it for that purpose to the relevant Allianz company; the Allianz data protection notices apply to its processing. We process data from advisory conversations before a contract is concluded in accordance with the Allianz data protection notices, under joint controllership with Allianz Beratungs- und Vertriebs-AG, Königinstraße 28, 80802 München. Its data protection officer can be reached at datenschutz@allianz.com.

Storage period

We store your data for as long as is necessary to process your enquiry and any subsequent advice or brokerage. We then delete it as soon as the purpose has ceased to apply and no statutory retention obligations (for example under § 257 HGB and § 147 AO) prevent this.

Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (enquiries and pre-contractual measures), Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (secure operation, display of reviews), Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR (health data, explicit consent), Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and § 25(1) TDDDG (Google Analytics, only with consent).

Google reviews

We display the Google rating of our office (stars, number) and selected review texts. For this purpose, this website's server retrieves the public reviews of our Google business profile about once a month via the Google Places API (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; Google LLC, USA) and stores, for each review, the text, the number of stars, the date, the name of the reviewer as shown on Google, and the link to the reviewer's Google profile and to the review. No data of visitors to this website is transmitted to Google during this retrieval. Your browser loads the reviews from our server, not from Google. Only when you click a link to Google do you leave our website; Google's privacy policy then applies.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a transparent presentation of customer opinions); the respective person published the review publicly on Google themselves. If you, as a reviewer, no longer wish to be named, you can object to the display (Art. 21 GDPR); we will then remove the review. Reviews remain stored for as long as we display them or until an objection is made.

The map in the contact area and the fonts are delivered from our own server; no data is transmitted to third parties in the process. The website contains links to WhatsApp, Instagram (both Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) and Google Maps. Only by clicking do you leave our website; from then on, the privacy provisions of the respective provider apply. If you write to us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes communication data under its own terms; we process your message on our side to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Your rights

You have the following rights against us as the controller:

  • Right of access (Art. 15 GDPR)
  • Right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR)
  • Right to erasure (Art. 17 GDPR)
  • Right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 GDPR)
  • Right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR)
  • Right to withdraw consent given, with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR)

Right to object: Insofar as we process data on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you can object at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21 GDPR).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR), for example with the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia, Postfach 20 04 44, 40102 Düsseldorf, poststelle@ldi.nrw.de. No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.

Cookies

Without your consent, this website does not set any tracking cookies and does not use any analytics tools. Only technically necessary data is used, for example, where applicable, a cookie to store the selected language and your cookie decision in your browser's local storage (key “lekesiz_consent”; § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG). For optional statistics cookies, see the following section.

If you consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to evaluate the use of the website statistically. Until you consent, no requests are sent to Google and no cookies are set.

Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; the transfer is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or standard contractual clauses.

Data processed: pages accessed, duration of visit, approximate location, browser and device type, referring page and a random visitor ID. According to Google, Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are deactivated. The measurement script is loaded by Google (googletagmanager.com) only after you have consented.

Cookies: _ga and _ga_<measurement ID>; storage period a maximum of 2 years. Event data at Google is deleted after 2 months.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent) and § 25(1) TDDDG. Consent is voluntary.

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time, with effect for the future, via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

Changes

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy so that it always complies with current legal requirements. As of: 27.10.2026.
